One day, you shall awaken

Finding yourself to be all that you are

The joy of newness has become routine

The unknown has become known

The routines you have carved have set

There is joy in growth, in transformation

In leaving behind all that you are

Searching for something new amidst yourself

Do we not all exist in liminality?

What we were, and what we shall become?

One day, I shall awaken

Finding myself to be all that I am

The joy of newness has become routine

The unknown will be known

The routines I am carving here and now have set

There is joy in fear, in transition

In becoming all that you wish to be

Finding yourself amidst yourself, again and again

We all live in fear. We all live in joy.

We all live in liminality.
